Returns Overview

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Prior approval is required – unauthorised returns will not be accepted
  • Photo evidence must be provided where applicable (e.g. damaged or faulty items)
  • Items must be:
    • unused
    • in original condition
    • in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed faulty
  • A Returns Form (provided after approval) must be included with your return

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds or store credits are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods
  • Refunds will only be issued once items meet the return conditions above

Important Notes

  • Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty
  • Items returned without approval will not be processed
